I'm a licensed professional counselor passionate about helping clients become their best selves. I love helping others overcome life’s challenges to live life full.  I assist in this process by meeting clients where they are with a person-centered approach. Then, guide them at their pace to where they want to be.

With 13 years of experience, I have worked with a full range of clients: children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. Specialty areas include anxiety, bipolar, depression, grief, substance use/ abuse, mood disorders, co-occurring, PTSD and/or Trauma. Experienced in evaluating and assessing severe mental illness.
