Often when a person decides to see a therapist, they have tried many other avenues. I'm honored you are considering working with me. I'm a licensed counselor passionate about helping clients become their best selves. I love seeing others overcome their struggles to live the life they want. I do this by meeting clients where they are with a person-centered approach. Then, guide them at their pace to where they want to be. I also use CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and Trauma-Focused (when applicable) . I have 8 years of experience in counseling, 13 years collectively, in social services. I have worked with a full range of clients, couples and families with various concerns.
